  Wayyy too much; i have no idea where my scales are since the flood here. I haven't been able to exercise properly - and no, cleaning up after a flood doesn't count.

  Some documentary on aircraft accidents. Apparently the effect of automation has been that pilots are now falling asleep and zoning out from boredom, and not really learning how to fly - and when things go wrong, they will go very very wrong.
