Kim A. Gandy currently serves as the president and CEO of the National Network to End Domestic Violence.... she led their successful campaign to modernize the FBI Uniform Crime Report definition of rape... She spent 22 years as a top leader of the National Organization for Women (NOW), first as national secretary, then executive vice president and finally, president.https://archive.is/XRbUI archived from https://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/ucr/crime-in-the-u.s/2013/crime-in-the-u.s.-2013/violent-crime/rape 3 Jul 2015 22:10:12 UTC
The revised UCR definition of rape is:
Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.
So we have a direct example of Feminism deciding what the laws of the land should be - and deliberately designing them to protect female rapists from prosecution.
You don't have to penetrate someone to rape them.
All you have to do is have sex with them without their consent. That's it. That might mean mounting them or going down on them as they sleep, or drugging them, or threatening them. It might be a female prisoner raping her cellmate or a man giving oral to another man passed out on drugs at a party.
Feminists KNOW this. They know lesbians can rape, and do rape - and are quite willing to throw the victims of lesbian rape under a bus if it helps protect the image of women as being saintly martyrs of male sexual violence.
To admit that women can be just as brutal as men - they just lack raw physical strength - is something they will never do.
The Duluth Model is that violence is a result of masculinity; it's a pillar of modern feminism. The idea of looking at men and women as equals is simply anathema to them.
