Police must consider whether the injuries and the evidence corroborate the statements made by each party and by witnesses.  Police must be aware of the many strategies victims utilize to reduce the risks to themselves and their children; for example, a victim may strike in anticipation of the aggressor’s violence as a means to prevent a higher level of violence, or to prevent harm to a child or a pet.

So, while I’m not overly concerned as to whether or not a girl breaks your heart… It does in fact trouble me that if she busts a fucking wineglass upside your face and you call the police there’s a reasonable chance you’ll be arrested, convicted and cashiered because she cut her hand in the act.

Home Secretary unveils plan to criminalise "domestic abuse" which involves no violence

I can't see any details but there have been other domestic abuse websites I've read which listed "withholding sex" and "demanding sex" as both being abuse. So if a man doesn't want to have sex - that's a crime. If he points out that they haven't had sex for a while - that's a crime.

There's no chance this will help men who are genuine victims of domestic abuse. Her language is sly, but the victimisation of women is constantly reinforced.

So, without any evidence, a woman can say to her partner "give me money or i'll allege you abused me". And that threat will be serious. If prosecuted, his life will be ruined.

This law will load a gun and put it in the hands of any woman in a relationship with a man, with no repercussions if it's abused.

I guess the MGTOW movement in the UK is just going to get stronger.

Women do these things to men all the time. Belittling a man's sexual prowess is pretty normal in toxic relationships and encouraged by Feminist websites, and I agree it's abuse - but should be dealt with by ending the relationship. Being able to imprison a man - and there's no chance it'll be used against a woman - on an allegation without evidence is just appalling.

I’m going to copy a thing, and I want you to read it very, very carefully.

During that same fiscal year men will be significantly more likely to be murdered, assaulted, and mutilated. They will be more likely to die on the job. They will be more likely to suicide. They might be more likely to be raped. We don’t know. We don’t count. And they will be subject to roughly half of all acts of domestic violence.

No money is earmarked to benefit males. None.

Meanwhile organizations such as NNEDV.ORG lists men not getting a job as a form of domestic violence.

Fortunately it has neat links… like Women’s Law. Which has, if you dig a little, a state by state guide on how to best get custody of the children.

This includes such handy step by step guides as “How to sue your abuser" and even includes a handy manual on how to maximize your alimony payments., this comes with an additional primer on what to say to the Judge when questioned as well as such useful tips as telling the Judge your husband hasn’t been helping with the bills lately… which again constitutes economic abuse. I wish I was making this up. And while adultery in and of itself does not guarantee a good divorce settlement… framing it as Cruel and Inhumane treatment does!

Additionally if your husband refuses to have sex with you for a year or more you can sue him for that too!

Careful though, it’s not as effective if your husband is sick or dying.

But if you’re smart you can straight up throw your husband out of the house and then use the court to order him to support you while you fuck other men and you’re still married! Huzzah!

Also… Not only do women receive child support until the children are TWENTY ONE FUCKING YEARS OLD (in New York)…. they are urged to demand child support even if the husband is currently on assistance, in prison or homeless.

So… who exactly RUNS this upstanding and unbiased bastion of good in the world?

It’s because feminists biggest points of “oppression” have all been disproved, like the 1 in 4 rape myth, the wage gap, and gender bias in the school system. (x)


It’s because feminists completely ignore very serious issues concerning men in favor of “banning bossy” and fighting school dress codes. (x)


It’s because feminists have fought against equal custody and men winning custody over women, despite the fact that women are just as likely, if not more so, to abuse their children as men. (x)

It’s because, when men wanted protection against false rape accusations, feminists fought against it, causing it to fail. (x)

It’s because feminists have fought against regulating the legal system so that men and women receive equal sentences for equal crimes.  (Currently, males, on average, receive much longer, harsher sentences than women.) (x)

It’s because the feminist definition of domestic violence has skewed it so that men are rarely seen as victims and women are rarely seen as perpetrators. (x)

• Feminists fought a law for equal custody to be the default if both parents want custody and neither parent is unfit. Multiple times.
• Feminists started a campaign against Father’s rights groups
• Feminists fought against laws granting men anonymity until charged with the crime of rape—not convicted, just charged.
• Feminists fought against a law to end to the justice system favoring women simply because they are women, and giving men harsher sentences simply because they are men.
• Feminist fought against men want equal treatment when victims of domestic violence, and to not be arrested for the crime of “being male” under primary aggressor policies.
• Feminists in India and Israel fought against female rapists being arrested, charged and convicted of rape.
• Feminists fought against a economic stimulus for male-dominated job such as construction, etc.

• Erin Pizzey had to flee the UK because she and her family received death threats and her dog murdered all because feminists didn’t like that she discovered women were equally as violent as men.
• Also Suzanne Steinmetz and her children received death threats and bomb threats she discovered that  the rate at which men were victimized by domestic violence was similar to the rate for women.

[I see the poet here is attempting to torture the reader to death, but carry on. Maybe a better line would be: "her brown eyes resembled two large mounds of flaming flatulence", or perhaps "her brown eyes were like the gaping rectums of ebola victims".. something with a bit more *oomph*.. ]
