Rape culture, in the west, is a myth. If there was any truth to it, then the boys wouldn't have been punished.

Well, it's a myth to an extent... when women rape, it's not even acknowledged as such by the FBI. It's not even counted as a crime in many countries thanks to changes made by Feminists recently. 

Even in Israel.

Even in the UK!

When women rape, they ARE coddled, excuses are made by the media, Feminists and even judges, their childhood investigated to find out who victimised them into doing such an unnatural thing.

Their sentences, when they are convicted, are shorter. Their prison conditions.. better. Baroness Corston dedicated her life to closing women's prisons, because the poor dears don't deserve to be punished, not like those filthy men.

And in rape trials men are guilty unless proven innocent, despite false allegations ranging up to 90%.

So what do I see here? I see a woman so smug in her self-entitlement and professional victimhood that she is happy to rage males for a system that punishes males for an act universally condemned ... by males. That refuses to acknowledge female on female rape can possibly even exist, let alone be common.

I see a man so lost in internalised misandry that he will fight to the death to protect a woman's right to rape without consequence, or accuse him of rape without evidence. 

These people chant their dogma, hoping you will believe, oh yea! -  believe, brothers and sisters!

Well, here's something I ask you to try instead.

As you can see the base definition of rape has nothing to do with the gender of the perpetrator.

Then I looked at the statistics and percentages of rape of females by males and rape of males by males:  99%

Then I looked at the statistics and percentages of rape of males by females and rape of females by females: 1%  (BTW .7% of that 1% is female/female)

Then I said, “rape victims are very nearly always raped by males.” Behold my mental gymnastics!

Now I’ll say that rape is predominately a form of male violence.  if you believe that the .3% of rapes committed by females on male victims negates that statement then you’re delusional.

The statistics are based off of that definition. The Bureau of Justice website where feminists’ favourite cherrypicked statistic comes from is currently down, but Wikipedia will do just fine.

The U.S Bureau of Justice Statistics, which defines rape as penetration by the offender, states that 91% of rape victims are female and 9% are male, and 99% of rapists are male.

You see that right there?

I don’t think I need to elaborate on how this clearly states “only men can rape”. Forced envelopment and other forms of rape are excluded entirely, which by extension means that female rapists and their victims are swept under the rug and ignored.

Go find a new statistic, because that one is complete trash.

And even then 99% of rapes are still committed by males.  No matter how much you want rapists to be 50% male and 50% female the fact is that if you get raped there is a 99% chance you are getting raped by a male regardless of your gender.

This is the current definition as of January 2012. It says so right here. And as recently as May 2013, an FAQ was posted about that definition. It’s still current and is still used by law enforcement agencies.

I also find it hilarious that you copy-pasted the paragraph from the Wikipedia page on rape and doctored it to try to make it look like the current definition is gender-equal and not based on penetration.

Intellectual dishonesty from a feminist. I’m shocked. 

In short, the legal federal definition essentially states that only men can rape, and thus excludes female rapists. This protects female rapists from any form of punishment and greatly skews statistics to the point of invalidating them; all statistics based on that definition (such as the 99% you keep spouting) as well as statistics based on conviction or arrest rates are completely useless and unusable.

It took me about 3 seconds to find this;

Sexual violence includes rape, defined as physically forced or otherwise coerced penetration – even if slight – of the vulva or anus, using a penis, other body parts or an object.

They define rape as requiring penetration. Useless.

Rape has been redefined from the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (amended in 1976 and 1994) to read:

A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis,
(b) B does not consent to the penetration, and
(c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.
