"Female criminals are more likely to have mental health or educational difficulties"

Are they? Because from what I have seen male criminals have loads of those, it's a very strong correlation and probable causation for crime.. but no-one cares if men are functionally retarded when they are sent to the gallows. No-one cares if a man is depressed, which is why male suicides occur at ten times the rate.

If a man is crazy, he's just bad. A crazy woman? Is a victim.

 "...and to have parenting responsibilities"

The thing is, every woman who had a child had a man there, but the man has been erased from existence. The idea they might be able to look after the child if the mother is a criminal OR EVEN THEIR ABUSER never occurs to Feminists; it's simply unthinkable to have a male parent.

And a single Father who commits a crime is seen as worse - they will automatically lose their children, not having special coddling.

"a lower proportion will have committed violent crimes than men"

So this is circular. They won't be punished for violent crimes, so that won't be recorded as violent crimes, and the lack of records is why they won't be punished for violent crimes...

From "Propaganda in George Orwell's Animal Farm"

Judges ought to "bear these matters in mind" when passing sentence, according to the Equal Treatment Bench Book

"All Animals are Equal", conceded the Feminist Judge - "but some are more equal than others!"

"The body, which is responsible for training judges, said female victims, witnesses and criminals have a very different experience in court than male counterparts.

We are in agreement on that one. Male counterparts would love to be treated so leniently.

Supreme Court Judge Baroness Hale: "It is now well recognised that a misplaced conception of equality has resulted in some very unequal treatment for women and girls."

 "a misplaced conception of equality"???

Our definition of equality:  The idea that women should be treated like men.

Her 'equality'? One where women are treated better than men, because men are inferior.

It's purest doublethink.

It's Feminism.
